Once connected, approving a business in your admin panel makes it appear on the site instantly — no redeployment needed.

Step 1: Go to airtable.com → sign up free → create a base called Explorer Directory
Step 2: Create a table called Businesses with fields: Name, Category, Description, Tier (Elite/Pro/Free), Status (Approved/Pending), Website, WhatsApp, Address, Role, ClassYear, AlumniOwned (checkbox), Rating (number)
Step 3: Go to airtable.com/create/tokens → New token → add scope data.records:read and data.records:write → copy it
Step 4: Open your base → click the Help menu → API documentation → copy the Base ID (appXXXXX) and Table ID (tblXXXXX)
