The LOX Performance is owned by Nick Alvarez, parent of Max Alvarez, Columbus High School Class of 2026. Located in Doral, The LOX is a sports performance and fitness facility offering LOX LIFT, a science-based strength and hypertrophy program designed to help members build lean muscle, increase strength, improve conditioning, and create long-term body composition changes. The program uses structured compound lifts, targeted accessory work, progressive overload, intelligent volume management, and planned recovery to deliver results through organized, periodized training rather than random workouts. LOX LIFT also separates strength training and endurance work to maximize performance while allowing proper recovery for each muscle group. With flexible class times throughout the week, The LOX provides an inclusive environment for different fitness levels while helping athletes and adults improve strength, conditioning, and overall performance.
